Join us at @Franklin's Friends @HOWL-O-WEEN 2022 November 5 at Cranes Roost Park at Uptown Altamonte! There will be a leisurely dog walk, doggie costume contest, pet friendly vendors, adoptable dogs, raffles and more! All proceeds benefit Franklin's Friends and local animal welfare.
