About the event
The class will be a seated yoga class so all students will need is a chair, and all levels are welcome – no prior yoga experience necessary. We will focus on the breath and coordinating breath with movement. The goal is to empower students with practices they can do anytime they have a free minute and want to induce a calmer state of body and mind.
