About the event
Join Sati Chmelar at Sacred Forest Farm for a rejuvenating yoga class featuring a soothing vinyasa flow, mobility work, breathwork, and meditation.
Afterward, indulge in a delicious autumn dessert — made in part with ingredients harvested right from the land — along with a refreshing mocktail or warm beverage, crafted by Kelli Hastings. Socialize over food and drink, build community, and soak in the beauty of the Sacred Forest for an unforgettable Saturday treat.
Yoga Class: 10:30 am – 12:00 pm
Food and socializing to follow from 12:00 pm - 1:00 pm
