About the event
On the longest night of the year, we gather in community at Sacred Forest to honor the turning of the wheel.
The Winter Solstice invites us into stillness, reflection, and the quiet wisdom of the dark — and through this portal, we dance.
Our journey begins with a Summer-inspired opening set by DJ CyRes, warming the body, expanding the breath, and awakening our inner fire. We then move into the richness of Fall, guided by DJ Pushing Lotuses weaving depth, emotion, and release. As the light fades, we enter a cacao ceremony to set Solstice intentions, root into our hearts, and remember our own guiding light.
From there, we descend into Winter — a powerful 75-minute set spun by DJ C-Lioness of raw, earthy, shadow-honoring sound designed to bring you home to yourself. This is where we shed, surrender, and return to the truth that has been waiting…
