“Explorations in Ayurveda”

Ayurveda is a timeless practice founded in ancient India which intends to create optimal health within mind, body, and spirit. Through investigation of lifestyle and dietary routines, Ayurveda cultivates well­being for the unique purposes each individual innately has. This discussion will elaborate on foundational practices that Ayurveda offers which guides one toward healthy awareness supportive of current life situations.

“Ayurveda and Empowering the Breath”

Ayurveda is an ancient healing practice for cultivating higher states of wellbeing, which is known as “the science of life.” One of the techniques Ayurveda recommends for improving one’s mental and energetic health is through the practice of Pranayama (breath control). This workshop will elaborate on easy methods of breathing exercises which directly empower one’s life. Further insight will be taught on easy to use Ayurveda practices that all can immediately infuse to their daily life. Everyone is welcome to attend this workshop and all will benefit from the lessons that will be shared.

Ayurveda Consultations for Personal Transformation ($85/1 hour)

Kyle will also be available for a limited number of personal consults, which are great for gaining insight and remedies for specific physical or mental health issues, or for anyone with a genuine interest in using Ayurvedic principles in their life. The consults provide dietary suggestions, herbal recommendations, meditative practices and other lifestyle regulations.

Kyle Roberts is a graduate of the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque, New Mexico where under the tutelage of Dr. Vasant Lad, he studied the theoretical and clinical aspects of Ayurveda. Before, during, and after his formal Ayurvedic training, Kyle has studied Jyotish (classical Vedic astrology), Ashtanga Yoga, Sanskrit, and herbology, as well as various practices of meditation and Pranayama. He has studied throughout the United States and in India, working to integrate both eastern and western cultures into digestible forms of practical information. Kyle’s efforts are spent teaching various subjects within yoga and Ayurveda as well as integrating classical healing practices with modern practicality for individual health concerns.
