Yogic chanting is a powerful transformation practice.
It not only calms the turbulent storms of thought, it is also tunes the heart toward the experience of Oneness and Love.
It may feel like our brains never shut off; and the idea of sitting in silence to meditate with no thought is daunting.
Yoga chanting is an alternative meditation technique that requires less mental effort. The results are quick and elevating. We become more meditative naturally, without having to force ourselves to stop thinking.
In this workshop, we will practice chanting yoga mantras and philosophize about yoga and other spiritual topics in a friendly, open atmosphere. Come get your bliss on!
No prior experience necessary.
